  • Fantastic Experience! I’ve been cold plunging in the ocean at home and was sad to be missing it while on vacation in Palm Springs. I was so happy to find a space to plunge, with the addition of the sauna and halotherapy. My husband and I booked an hour contrast and loved it! Joel is so passionate about what he’s doing, I expect it won’t be so easy to get in next time we come back! The rooms were clean and very zen, and the experience was fantastic, from start to finish. If you’ve done it before, you’ll love it. If you haven’t, you will be hooked!
