We are Joel and Riely Osmond, Owners of Desert Cold Plunge & Wellness Studio in Indian Wells, Ca. We are so excited to share our new space of health and wellness with you and hope you get the benefits from our services that we have experienced first hand.

Joel is a former Police Officer and has spent the last 17 years serving and protecting our desert communities. Although he loved impacting peoples lives and helping those in need, his body has taken a beating from wearing his uniform with weighted pounds of gear day in and day out. We purchased an Infrared Sauna for our home and he found himself cold plunging in our pool in the winter months. The contrast between hot and cold paired with stretching has made such a difference in his mobility and has decreased so much inflammation in his body. He came to a point where he decided that his health and wellbeing are priority and if he continued his career in Law Enforcment until he retired, his body would be broken.

With Riely being a Licensed Esthetician since 2002 and practicing skincare and wellness for the last 21 years, we made the decision together to open Desert Cold Plunge & Wellness Studio right next door to Organic Glow Skin Studio. We created an opening to connect the two spaces and are thrilled to be able to offer everything from Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Massage Therapy, Skincare, IV Therapy, Vitamin Infusions, Haloone Salt Therapy, Waxing, Spray Tans and more!
